Calculator data
Model settings, context length, GPU budget, and calculated results are processed by JavaScript in your browser. The site does not upload a model file or send those raw calculator fields to an application backend.
A share link places the current settings in the URL only when you press “Share calculation.” Anyone you send that link to can read those settings from the URL.
Google Analytics 4
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), measurement ID
G-HJQ60WDVGQ, to understand whether pages load, which
sources bring visitors, and whether the calculator is useful.
GA4 may process page URLs, referrers, approximate location derived
from IP address, device and browser information, session activity,
and identifiers stored in cookies or similar browser storage.
Product events may include selected preset categories, coarse context-size buckets, KV precision, bounded concurrency, fit/over result, theme changes, advanced-settings use, and copy/share actions. We do not intentionally send email addresses, free-form messages, model files, or the expanded calculation result as event parameters.
Google acts as an analytics provider and handles data under its own terms and privacy documentation. Analytics data helps us improve defaults, explanations, mobile layout, and formula coverage. The site does not display a consent banner; this policy provides clear notice of the analytics use.
Browser storage
The site stores your selected color theme in local storage so the dark, warm white, or blue theme persists. GA4 may set analytics cookies or browser identifiers. We do not use an advertising account system or store calculator history on our servers.
Email and support
If you email hello@contextwindowvramcalculator.com or support@contextwindowvramcalculator.com, we receive the address, headers, message, and attachments you choose to send. We use them to answer your inquiry, investigate a report, prevent abuse, and keep a reasonable support record.
Do not send authentication tokens, proprietary model weights, private prompts, or other secrets in a bug report.
Third-party links
Model preset sources and methodology references link to external sites such as Hugging Face, GitHub, Ollama, and LMCache. Their privacy practices apply after you follow those links.
Your choices
- Use browser controls or extensions to block analytics scripts or cookies.
- Clear site data to remove the saved theme and analytics identifiers.
- Avoid sharing a result URL if you do not want its settings disclosed.
- Email us to ask about or request deletion of support correspondence, subject to legitimate retention needs.
Children’s privacy
This technical utility is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Policy changes
We may update this policy when the site, analytics configuration, or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top will be revised for material changes.
